Personal hygiene management of refrigeratory operators
Personal hygiene management of refrigeratory operators
The cold store operators are the direct contacts of frozen products. They should pay attention to the sanitary conditions of the producers as well as ensure the sanitation of the frozen production process. Operators need to frequently contact or carry all kinds of food and goods. If they don't pay attention to personal hygiene, or take the post with infectious diseases, they will become the disseminators of viruses or pathogenic bacteria.
There are the following requirements for the personal hygiene of cold store operators:
1.Cold room operators should take a bath frequently, wash work clothes frequently, cut hair frequently, wash hands before and after work, and keep personal hygiene regularly.
2.The body must be checked regularly. If any infectious disease is found, it should be treated immediately and replaced. If it is not cured, it cannot enter the warehouse to contact with food.
3.Warehouse staff shall not wear work clothes outside the canteen, toilet and cold storage.
