Cold room panel produce
The surface material of modular cold rooms is stainless steel, embossed aluminum plate, color steel plate, insulation layer is internationally-used polyurethane rigid foamed (PU), thickness is 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, suitable for various industries. Easy to install, saving labor costs, material costs, and expanding or reducing the size of the cold storage as needed, and flexible construction.
Adhering to the strict Cold Room quality control for 25 years, our Cold Room Panel production process is mainly divided into the following important steps:
1.Sticking PE protective film to stainless steel panel to protect the Cold Room Panel after production and installation, keep it clean and new.
2.Stainless steel panel cutting. After the cold room size is accurately calculated by the automatic cutting device, the cutting, folding, processing and pressing are formed.
3.Cold room Panel mounting line molds. Precisely fixing the Stainless steel panel, camlock and force frame.
4.Cold Room Panel foaming. After fixing the Stainless steel panel and camlock, the production line is pre-molded and conveyed to the press, and the polyurethane two-component injection is automatically performed.
5.Cold Room Panel molding. The Cold Room Panel is fully vulcanized and foamed in a 100-ton press to make the density of the bubbles fine and dense.
6.After Cold Room Panel be finished,Our workshop ensure the smoothness.
7.Cold room pre-installation. In order to ensure that the Modular cold rooms can be installed smoothly after arrival, we will conduct a trial installation test at the factory.
8.Export packaging. In order to make each Cold Room Panel in the long-distance shipping, it will not be affected by the impact damage. We will cover the whole film and protect the corners at the end, and make special fixing in the cabinet.
